Another day, another drama 💁🏾♀️ This time it's the pose community that's poppin off!
I should preface all of this by saying that I'm coming from a VERY jaded perspective. This isn't a "give flowers" type of post. This is a "put the fries in the bag" kinda post
A "pose creator" by the name of Simsulani has been accused of taking other people's FREE poses, modifying them just a bit, and then re-uploading them as their own.
Literally everyone, INCLUDING SIMSULANI THEMSELVES, HAS THE SAME T.O.U!
Don't modify and reupload. Simple.
There's quite a list of creators Simsulani stole from. They've all been collected, with screenshots, and put into a pdf. You can view that document on Simmereen's Patreon/Tumblr or view it at the end of this post.

Apparently Simsulani isn't the only one being triflin. Another "creator" by the name of KD89 is also being accused of stealing. They actually admitted to it too!

I feel like because there's such a lack of accountability in the community, any time someone makes a half-assed apology that sounds remotely like an apology, the community just takes it.
And then we go right back to square 1!

IMO, "It was on Pinterest" and "I'm too lazy to work" are not valid excuses. Just thinking about all the steps it takes to even do that in the first place, you had plenty of time to stop yourself, AND YOU DIDNT! You just kept on goin as if no one would find out.
ALSO, KD89 is a self-proclaimed 3D Artist and they're doing this?! REALLY?! I thought this was above them, but I guess not🤷🏾♀️.
And once again here we have creators claiming ignorance, but like, you know how to use blender though! YOU KNEW WHAT YOU WERE DOING THE WHOLE TIME!!

See, this is why I have trust issues within the sims community. Even the people that you like, can turn out be on some trifilin shit😭
The fact of the matter is, is that you sat there and made the conscious, premeditated decision to reuse someone else's poses. And its not just one person either, ITS MULTIPLE PEOPLE MULTIPLE TIMES!
THIS AINT IGNORANCE!
More than once and with more than one creator. This isn't a "whoopsie". You knew FULL WELL what you were doing! All I'm hearing are excuses🤷🏾♀️
I'm not giving you a pass for that long winded apology 😒. You knew better and did it anyway 🙃. This aint even your full time job 😆😆😆
Both of y'all are old enough to know better!
Not to mention, Simsulani is one of those making enough to not have a day job. So they really have no excuse! You have time to make your own poses!
