Here's a question you might have: how in the world did you get involved in this shit? Doxxing, stealing, lying, it's a lot!
So how I got started? How I fell into the rabbithole that is the Sims 4 Online community?
Well I'll tell ya!
It all started with Hauzz. Deborah Hauzz of Hauzz Architecture
Now, unfortunately most of this will be just storytelling because I wasn't saving screens back then.
This was around February-March of 2021. I was still pretty new to simstagram and trying to figure out this whole role-playing thing. See, simstagram has these role-playing events that you can make your sims go to. Basically what happens is someone makes a backdrop/room/venue for you to take pics of your sims in and shares it with simstagram. You download it, dress up your sim and take your pics! Pretty simple, pretty easy, & fun right?
Well it could and would be, if it wasn't for all the drama connected to it! I technically started getting into the RP community around January of '21. My first event was the Millennials Launch event and I had fun honestly. Got Bella all dressed up and everything!
lt was interesting to dress up my sims and take them out. (sidenote: Hauzz also created the lot for this event). And then you go in the tags and you see everyone else at the same event and it gives you a sense of community 😌. The core concept is pretty neat in itself, it's what happens before and after and behind the scenes that's a problem.
And it seemed like after every event there was some type of "drama". And not the storytelling kind. The "he said, she said" "Omg you're copying me"" type drama. Aint nobody come out here for that! My M.O. is to illustrate my fanfic. That's it!
I tried my best to stay in my lane when it came to them popping off in the stories. But at a certain point, you get tried of hearing it. I know I did. So I started saying something about it
Some people liked what I had to say, some people didn't. Whatever. I still said what I said!
A name that kept coming up in every time there was drama was Hauzz. It seemed like since January, her name was coming out of somebody's mouth every other day. After doing my deep dive, I now know why: She's a bully, liar and a theif!
Around March-April is when I truly was fed up! There was this RP event, I think it was an Ebony Magazine launch party or something like that. The original date was set for March, but because these events are sometimes a group effort, everyone wasn't ready. So the admin pushed the date back to April sometime. Now here's where things get triflin!
In the time between March and April, the magazine lost their blender room designer (they quit or whatever idk). So they were on the lookout for a new one and you know who decided to rear their ugly head in? Miss Deborah Hauzz. Mind you, at this time Hauzz was still catching slack for drama from the previous month.(this is the simsatagram nonsense I was talking about. It's all coming together!) People were clockin her for that when she volunteered to make the blender room for Ebony Magazine.
When the community got word of this, they were outraged! They were all up in the admins dms telling her not to work with Hauzz cause she's a bad egg. She steals and lies and does the absolute most! Remember, this happened not too long after people accused her of using someone else's CC without their permission. I don't have the screenshots, but I do remember Hauzz saying something along the lines of "who are you gonna believe? Them or me?"
All that drama and nonsense made the admin push the event all the way back to September! Now this is where I get involved!
The way I have my simsta setup, these events play into the story. I had a whole scenario setup for this event. This is actually when we get introduced to She Hulk, who is now a prominent character in the story! I took at least 500 images for this event! At the time, that was the most I've ever taken in one session(I have now exceeded that. I think I've hit over 1K images in one sitting already).
Out of the 500, about 1-200 of those we're gonna go up on the gram. And then I find out that the event will be pushed back to September!? Me and my sims have a whole entire life and by the time September rolls around, things will be different.( And they were! Loki's not even the same color. I upgraded him to joutun Loki.) So if I were to post those pictures, it would look odd. Remember my M.O: I'm just here to tell a story fam! I didn't come out here for this!
All this over a blender room which honestly looked like it could've been made by anybody. They didn't have to use Hauzz, there are plenty of creators out there that would've gladly put a room together for her, but I guess in the eyes of admin, Hauzz was the best option. Bless her heart, she just came out here for a good time and got attacked!
It's the "Please help me" that's killing me. What is this situation right now? Sis really got wheeled to the hospital because of Deborah Hauzz! This is a prime example of the wtf behavior going on on simstagram. And that's why every 3-5 business days, somebody's leaving. Cause we can't just take pictures and be on about our day
The admin of the Ebony Magazine page was allegedly only 15. And that makes these screenshots even more creepy and upsetting! Hauzz is at least twice that girl's age and she's doing this?! Over some simstagram shit? Once again, Let me remind you that while this was happening, she was already getting called out. It was a double whammy!
This whole shitshow made the admin leave the community. Tbh I would too, if I ended up hospitalized over this shit! Ain't nobody got time for this!
So now here I am with 1-200 images in my folder, edited and ready to go and now I cant use them 😤
I did ask the admin if I could at least post the pics I had that were story related (I was gonna do it anyway, but it's always better to ask). She said yeah, just don't post the backdrop pics. Side note: the backdrop wasn't even all that to start with. I saw the blender backdrop, and it was nothing spectacular either.
And the kicker is that this is a blender issue. As far as I could understand the in-game stuff was fine. Tbh it is the sims. Everyone has the game no? so this didn't even have to be that big of an issue. This shit had nothing to do with us in-game folks. From what I understand Debbie had nothing to do with the in-game stuff so 🤷🏾♀️ But also, you saw the receipts. You saw how manipulative she was. I can't blame admin for doing what she did. She was only 15. But now, if it were me, a grown ass woman; I'd just say "We're doing in game only for this one. Y'all blender bitches are trippin and I ain't got time for that shit! Go do that shit somewhere else!"
But that's just me 💁🏾♀️
So after I posted my pictures and said my peace about the situation, I decided from that point on that Hauzz better not slip up again. I better not catch this bitch slippin cause if I do, it's a wrap! I'mma be on you like white on rice!
And of course I caught this bitch slippin not a month later!
And thus begun my decent into the madness that is the sims 4 creator community! From that point on, I started collecting receipts. And eventually I had enough to make a nice long post about her. This a whole three part series. That caught the attention of tumblr user mack3030, who also has an issue with lying and scamming that goes on up in here! She has an entire directory of bad behavior! Honestly, that's when I officially fell down the rabbit hole. Leosims alone is enough tea to cover several posts!
There's just so many problematic people and I absolutely don't mind talking about them because odds are, you probably don't even know it's happening! All of this shit goes on unchecked and unnoticed. I'm here to stop that! And if that makes me a vigilante, so be it!
At this point, it's an inside joke because she really thought she was insulting me 😂😂😂 Clearly she didn't look at profile. I mean, you're telling this to someone who's OC is in an entanglement with Loki and Doctor Strange! My story has nothing but superheroes in it! Pay attention next time!
I used to be like you, just go online for the cc and keep it movin. And then I took a post to tumblr.....
And now I know things. Things you cannot unlearn. You can't unsee that shit either! This will be the only time you'll hear me say "I am burdened with knowledge". I like that know, it's just the fact that I know! It ain't fun being woke all the time. They say ignorance is bliss for a reason
And now I've uncovered a list of Patreon Creators leaking the personal information of their subscribers. It's just unreal.
All of this because Deborah Hauzz couldn't keep her nose out of other people's business. Call me Petty LaBelle all day! I don't care! Don't get in the way of my shit! Cause I know how to play the long game! And you will get got!
So now you know the origin story and how I got involved with this shit. I'm just a fangirl who wants live her fangirl fantasy. I didn't ask for any of this!
