Bienvenue Cannes!
Every year I make my sims go to the Cannes Film Festival because I'm not famous or rich enough to go 😜 Call this me living vicariously through my sims!
I tend to make it a whole thing! Vip rooms, gift bags, yacht parties, exclusive screenings, the whole shebang! My sim is a billionaire and it shows!
Amira has a chateau which she calls her summer home because she's literally only there in the summertime. Instead of paying for a hotel every time, she just goes home.
She also has two yachts, the largest one (called "Regina") is stationed up in Monaco and the smaller one is in the Hamptons. Every year she spends a good chunk of her summer in France because after Cannes, it's the Monaco Grand Prix. So she just takes her yacht up the river to Monaco and watch the race. Her yacht is kind of like a traveling home.
During Cannes, Amira throws a big film yacht party. Her yacht is perfect because it has a home theater inside, a hot tub, 4 guest bedroom with bathrooms, several bars and relax areas. For decoration, I always use this film party set by soloriya.
